The aim of this research is to examine the efficacy of two variations of the Three Good Things well-being intervention at enhancing well-being.
Your participation will help advance the scientific study of well-being by helping us to determine the relative effectiveness of variations of an applied well-being intervention (the Three Good Things intervention).

You are invited to take part in a research study in which variations of a well-being intervention are being studied for their efficacy in enhancing well-being. This three-part study will occur over the course of 8 days. Part 1 (about 40 minutes) will involve answering a series of questionnaires regarding your emotions, attitudes, and some behaviours. You will be randomly assigned to one of two well-being interventions which you will engage in over the course of 7 days. This take only about 6 minutes a day, including logging into the study site to enter your brief daily log. Part 3 (about 40 minutes) on Day 8, will again involve answering some questionnaires online about your emotions, attitudes, and some behaviours. At the end of Part 3, you will be eligible to win one of ten £100 Amazon gift vouchers.)
