An investigation of everyday mood and stressors

Ensuring participants understand the informed consent, they can continue with the questionnaire. Your participation will take approximately 20-25 minutes and you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire. You will be asked for some background information including your age, gender, height and weight. You will be asked about your everyday experience of mood and reaction to stressors including some questions about eating behaviour. We note that you will be asked if you have or have ever had a diagnosis of an eating disorder.

Your Impact


Our overarching aim is to provide an evidence-base about management of mood and stress that can inform interventions for people who may need some additional support in managing their mood and stress.

All genders

At least 18 years old

Study Tasks


Answer survey questions about mood
Answer survey questions about experience of stress
Answer survey questions about eating behaviour
Answer questions about yourself (age, gender, height and weight)
Answer survey questions about how you behave in personal relationships

Ethics


The research has been approved by the College of Human and Health Sciences Research Ethics Committee, Swansea University, UK (2019-2563-625).
