PURPOSE: The Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education at the University of Toronto is conducting a study looking at the Effects of Protein Quality on Post-Exercise Recovery in Active Youth using a non-invasive approach.

The 5 visits are split into the following: Visit 1: (~1 hr) - Introduction to the study, signing assent/consent forms, and activity/health questionnaires. Visit 2: (~1.5 hrs) - Body composition measurement and fitness assessment. Visit 3-5: (~7 hrs/visit) - Metabolic trials.
