This study aims to examine the associations between parents’ histories of childhood adversity, parents’ relationship quality, psychological well-being, perinatal experiences, and the parent-child relationship among approximately 40 families. We would like to better understand the experiences of mothers (and their partners, if applicable) before and after pregnancy.
The results will help to create and improve interventions offered to ensure healthy parent-child relationships.
