Impact of Personality on Screen Media Genre Preferences and Consumption Habits

This study is investigating the impact of personality on screen media genre preferences and consumption habits. You will be asked to complete an online survey. Your Impact

My hope is that the research will provide an updated account on any correlations between personality traits and screen media genre preferences, as many existing studies are dated and irrelevant to the media industry today. I hope to contribute to a better understanding of current audiences in Canada and will produce useful insights for media makers who are involved in the Canadian media industry and researchers in the personality psychology field.

Eligibility Criteria

All genders

At least 18 years old

Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have lived in Canada for at least two years within the past five years
