There are two parts to this study. Part A includes screening to determine if volunteers are allergic to chemical constituents found in rubber. Participants who qualify in Part A, will continue to Part B. Volunteers will go through evaluation of irritation of constituents found in rubber.

No tattoos on arms or upper back
Volunteers who are known to have a reaction or are sensitive to the chemical constituents of rubber
Must be willing to wear a patch for the duration of the study
Not have a history of significant dermatologic cancers (e.g. melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma), except basal cell carcinomas that were superficial and did not involve the investigative/anatomic site(s)
Additional criteria and pre-screening will be conducted
