Stress, Resilience, and COVID-19

University of Manitoba, Health, Anxiety and Trauma Lab


Researchers at University of Manitoba are looking for participants to complete this confidential online survey (approx. 30 minutes) on the personal experiences and mental health of Canadians during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are interested in risk and protective factors for long-term stress and resiliency.

Your Impact

The long term mental health impacts of COVID-19 are currently unknown. With the results of the survey, we hope to understand the potential "4th Wave" of the COVID-19 pandemic and will aim to develop targeted, evidence-based strategies to help Canadians during these difficult times.
