To identify the genetic basis for mitochondria dysfunction in schizophrenia and other psychiatric conditions, and association of that dysfunction with psychotic symptoms.

All genders

18 to 95 years old

recent (within 1 week) psychotic episode

antipsychotic use for LESS than 3 months
