Impact of COVID-19 on Wellbeing and Mental Health Services

The McGill Mindfulness Research Lab is recruiting individuals currently seeking or receiving psychotherapy for an online study assessing the impact of COVID-19 on wellbeing and mental health services. Please note the study is conducted in English. If you choose to participate in this study, you will be asked to answer several questionnaires on topics such as your experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, your wellbeing, and your distress.

Your Impact


The study will inform future policies and accessibility to mental-health services.
